Horseshoe at HUB RTP is a 158,000 SF mixed-use development in the Research Triangle Park (RTP), the largest research park in the United States and a premier global innovation center. Centrally located between Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, HUB RTP is a $1.5 billion, 100-acre mixed-use project designed to be the downtown of Research Triangle Park. This amenity-rich development will bring 1 million SF of office and lab, 1,200 residential units, 50,000 SF of retail, and 250 hotel rooms. Horseshoe is the activated epicenter of HUB RTP and include approximately 40,000 SF of retail and 120,000 SF of office wrapping a central outdoor courtyard, overlooking 16 acres of greenspace and providing connectivity to streamside boardwalks and the existing 20+ mile trail system. HUB RTP is a first for the RTP, as the RTF changed the bylaws to allow housing and retail within this development.
