About White Point

WE ARE A PRIVATE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT FIRM

specializing in the acquisition and development of office, retail, mixed-use and multifamily properties throughout the southeastern U.S.

We target investments in the leading 18-hour cities of this region, as these markets exhibit some of the country’s most compelling population and economic growth dynamics.

Utilizing local market knowledge, an extensive network and entrepreneurial approach, we are able to pinpoint unique investment opportunities. Since 2014, our team has developed and invested in over $700 million of real estate assets.

Our approach to investing is governed by integrity, and we believe that it is instrumental to success — both our own and that of our partners.
